First opened chapter and main chapter for the Four Corners Region and state of Colorado. Headed by chairperson, Con Winans. It is currently the largest and most prevalent chapter. 

It hosts meetings at Rawlings Library in Pueblo, Colorado every Friday. Typically they extend from 12pm to 2pm.
